Welcome to the homepage of author, Paul John Wilson. Paul is an English teacher based in the United Kingdom who has written fiction, poetry and short stories for more than thirty years.
He started this venture with the birth of one of his sons, Sebastian. He would make up bedtime stories to keep him entertained. Seb was soon followed by his brother Sam, and the tradition continued. In 2003, he had yet another son and, invariably, his name had to begin with the letter ‘S’. During Seth’s formative years, Paul would again invent bedtime stories. The character of ‘Ronnie Rocket’ was born. The wilder the story, the more enjoyment seemed to occur.
In 2025, Paul decided to put these stores to paper and in June of this year, his first children’s book was released. ‘The adventures of Ronnie Rocket’, saw his wild creations such as three-eyed Venetians (from Venus) and upright, walking, talking dogs on Pluto realised on paper.
The series is to continue with ‘Ronnie saves Christmas’ and ‘Ronnie Saves the Seas’ amongst the forthcoming additions.
